Book Fishing Mzanzi Refund Policy - Book Fishing Mzanzi Hermanus

Book Fishing Mzanzi recommends a proposed three day flexible schedule when in the area to do you boat tour. We can confirm and predict weather and sea state about one week prior to your proposed tour.
Any bookings made far in advance could have weather conditions shifting by a day or two.
Book Fishing Mzanzi will Have Skippers choice of best time of or day for your booked boat tour.
If there has been back and forth communication between clients and Book fishing Mzanzi, to find and reschedule time or day due to weather change and clients decline the rescheduled time or day there will be a 10% service fee charged.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply in the event of a no show by guest on the activity date or a cancellation less than 48 hours before boat tour departure.
In the event of amendment or cancellation Received between 7 days and 48 hours before trip departure – guests/ agents will qualify for a 50% refund. We will allow a one time rescheduling suiting both the guest and boat tour operator for a later date.
Book Fishing Mzanzi reserves the right to cancel any transfer or activity due to unforeseen circumstances.
If Book Fishing Mzanzi does choose cancel a trip due to the lack of guests (minimum 4 guests per trip) we will offer the tour to you as a private charter if you pay to the value of four guests.
We would request rescheduling of the tour suiting both the guests and boat tour operator for a later date. If no rescheduling tour date can be agreed to, a full refund will be given ( or refunded to booking agent).
In case of weather cancellations, weather conditions are judged exclusively by Book Fishing Mzanzi skippers of their respected areas.
In the event of a cancellation by Book Fishing Mzanzi, we would request rescheduling of the tour suiting both the guests and boat tour operator for a later date.
If no rescheduling tour date can be agreed to, a full refund will be given ( or refunded to booking agent).
In the event of above point six and seven. We also offer the option of transferring the tour as a gift voucher, which could be issued to to who ever the guest chooses for a later date.
